My name is Mustapha Hammoud, and I’m proud to be running for Dearborn City Council.
Here, I would like to share my vision for our city. Most importantly though, during this campaign, I want to hear from you, the residents. Only by working together can we make Dearborn a better place for everyone!

The Hammoud Vision
As far back as I can remember, my grandparents and my parents always taught us the importance of education, good ethics and integrity, as well as the fulfillment which comes from serving our community. These are the principles that drove me to be involved and to spend over a decade in volunteering and community organizing.
I want to use my public advocacy experience, along with my professional background as an engineer at Ford for the service of our hometown and its residents. I plan to bring my expertise to the City Council, and I will always push for data-driven, evidence-based best practices in city management. We can do better in providing city services and, as the recovery shapes up, I would like to see Dearborn be a leader in innovative city planning to make it a great place to live, work, visit, and do business.
